A distinction should be made between casual contacts with law enforcement
at a public demonstrations (or getting a traffic
ticket) and contacts which you believe may be meant to elicit criminally
damaging information from you.
The points below should be implemented if you are questioned by law
enforcement and you believe the questions are
meant to form a charge against you. By adhering to the basic points
below, you can make the best out of such encounters:
I. Never trust police, FBI, or other agents. However, retain a friendly,
positive, respectful, and professional attitude at all
times. Do not assume a belligerent attitude for this will inspire belligerence
on the part of the officer.
II. Never allow them inside your home or your car without a search warrant. Always demand to see the warrant.
III. If unwillingly detained, demand to know if you are under arrest and under what charge.
IV. If under arrest, answer all questions with only these five words:
"I have nothing to say" and request to see a lawyer.
No matter what they say, respond with, "I do not want to talk to you
without my lawyer." However, never trust your lawyer if he advises you
to break any of these basic legal self-defense principles.
V. Don't lie to cops, not even to say something like, "I don't know."
Making any false statements whatsoever can open you up
to a charge of obstruction of justice. So say nothing but the Five
Words to them. If they press you, tell them that you will
answer any and all questions in court, and leave it at that.
VI. When questioned by law enforcement in an attempt which you believe
is calculated to form evidence against you, silence
is your best defense.
VII. Be silent, suppress the urge to tell your "side of the story." Most people want the authorities to think they are innocent, whether they are or not, and will try to convince the authorities that they are by talking. The authorities can think what they want, but they cannot put you in prison or jail without evidence. They get most of their evidence against you and others by talk. So don't do it.
VIII. Never plead guilty and never waive any of your legal rights.
IX. Never make any deals.
X. Never betray your brothers or sisters in the LORD. Even if you know nothing, why assist the protectors of the babykillers with assisting them by ruling you out. Never say anything but, "I do not want to talk to you without a lawyer."
XI. Remember, nothing great is won without great sacrifices. Persecution
and suffering are the inevitable obstacles on our path
to victory. We must overcome them through dedication, prayer and fasting.
If you go to your door one day and are greeted with these words,
"GOOD MORNING! My name is Investigator Friendly. Do you mind answering
a few simple questions?"
STOP AND THINK! "I have nothing to say, I've
been advised to not to speak to you without my lawyer. Good-bye." Then
close the door.
(It's tempting to try and find out what they are after, but it's better
not to fall into the trap of talking.) They are experts at extracting information
and interviewing techniques. If they are after you, they will serve
you with papers if they have any evidence. Why help them make the case
against you. Remember, these people want to put you or your brothers and
sisters in prison for protecting unborn babies from being murdered. THEY
ARE NOT YOUR FRIEND, THEY ARE THE BABYKILLERS PROTECTORS.
Whether it is the local Police or the F.B.I. at your door, you have
certain legal rights of which you ought to be aware before
you proceed any further.
In the first place, when the law enforcement authorities come to see
you, there are NO "simple questions". Unless they are
investigating a traffic accident, you can be sure that they want information
about somebody. And that somebody may be you!
Rule number one to remember when confronted by the authorities is that
there is NO law requiring you to talk to the Police,
the F.B.I., or a representative of any other investigative agency.
Even the simplest questions may be loaded and the seemingly
harmless bits of information which you volunteer may later become vital
links in a chain of circumstantial evidence against you
or a friend.
DO NOT INVITE THE INVESTIGATOR INTO YOUR HOME!
Such an invitation not only gives him the opportunity to look around
for clues to your lifestyle, friends, reading material, etc.;
but also tends to prolong the conversation. And the longer the conversation,
the more chance there is for a skilled Investigator
to find out what he wants to know.
Never open your door to an Officer. They can shove their way in. Don't
open your door with the chain lock on, either. Police
are known to kick in doors. I should add, that when you let a Police
Officer into your house, then he is automatically
authorized to do a weapons search (supposedly for his own protection)
and this can lead to all kinds of problems!
Many times a Police Officer will ask you to accompany him to the Police
Station to answer a few questions. Often, the
authorities simply want to photograph a person for identification purposes,
a procedure which is easily accomplished by
placing him in a private room with a two-way mirror, asking him a few
simple questions, and then releasing him. NEVER
agree to go to the Police Station. Simply say, "I have nothing to say.
I do not want to talk to you without a lawyer."
If the Investigator becomes angry at your failure to cooperate and threatens
you with arrest ... STAND FIRM. He can't legally
place you under arrest or enter your home without a warrant signed
by a Judge. (There are exceptions to this however, as in
instances where he has witnessed you commit a crime, and there are
times, too, where he can enter without showing a warrant
up front, known as a 'no knock' entry.) However, if he indicates that
he has such a warrant, ask to see it.
We've heard of Cops waving a piece of paper around, claiming it was
a warrant. A person under arrest or located on the
premises to be searched, generally must be shown a warrant if he requests
it, and must be given a chance to read it.
Without a warrant, an Officer depends solely upon your helpfulness to
obtain the information he wants. Don't be helpful.
(Note: Don't fool yourself into thinking you can talk or lie your way
out of the situation. Don't be smug and think, "All Cops are stupid" and
you can pull a 'fast one.' Most Police are smart individuals, they're good
at what they do, and the only thing you will do is talk yourself into jail.)
Remember, talk is cheap! But when it involves law enforcement authorities,
it may cost you, or someone close to you, dearly.
Remember the 5 words -- "I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY." and "
I don't want to talk with you without my lawyer." It has worked for us
many, MANY times. And it will work for you!
Don't talk. Ask for a lawyer.
Remember, no matter how understanding and nice the authorities appear,
these are the people that protect the babykilling abortionists so they
can continue to murder helpless children. Remember, they want to
put anti-abortionists in prison. Why help them do this?

When Officer Friendly Comes a Calling
I rewrote this so it covers more ground.
No matter how understanding and nice an Officer appears, Security and
police are charged to
protect authorities and protect laws that allow abortion, gossip, slander
and innuendo. They
take information from indifferent social workers, psychiatrists and
agencies--and in this way,
society continues to abuse and murder the helpless.
Protection against unwanted intrusions begins with establishing a reputation
as a member of the
community. Do business. Pay up. Keep quiet. Do business only with those
whom you perceive to be
fair.
Keep the home and premises clear and neat and clean. Dress neat and
clean. Speak appropriately
and use clean language. Keep your own counsel and opinions to yourself
until you figure out how
change might be effected that will benefit everyone with the same problem
as you have, that you
may want to take steps to fix or act on.
Keep still. Neighbors lose and look over and come to ignore, those who
live with their heads
down.
Remember, "Society" wants to put anti-abortionists, the homeless, home-teachers,
anti-war
demonstrators, people who give money to political causes [not Demo
or Repub], tax-law
protesters, sellers of herbs and safe remedies [for cancer] into prison.
It is now a crime to
"help others speak or act for their own moral selves."
Remember, the whole legal system is an enormous industry that perpetuates
itself, from town cop
to prosecutor/judge/public defender to jailer. Its now a career like
Accounting. Just look in
the public University sector; and see how invested "society" IS, in
the prison business. Never
mind, the effect it has on children or families.
In public, we can no longer say we don't want a gay man leading our
Boy Scout troop or an
obviously "butch" teacher in school; or that we think sex ed is too
clinical for children's
emotional health; that we KNOW THERE IS SUCH A THING as Right &Wrong.
These are politically
INCORRECT statements that can get you in a lot of trouble if you say
them around powerful
people.
Why aid them in scapegoating you?
A distinction should be made between casual contacts with law officers
at public gatherings or
getting a traffic ticket and contacts you believe are meant to elicit
criminally damaging [by
the letter of the law] information from you.
Individuals USE the letter of the law to promote predatory initiatives
by people who want more
control over everything. They want to stop you from deciding for yourself
what your needs are,
so they confuse you by asking irrelevant questions.
If you are questioned by law enforcement and you believe questions are
meant to form a charge
against you, adhere to the basic points below, and you can hold your
own until an attorney can
speak for you [under all the rules of the local legal "game"].
I. Never trust police, FBI, or other agents. But, retain a friendly,
positive, respectful, and
professional attitude at all times.
II. NEVER assume a belligerent attitude, for this will inspire belligerence
on the part of the
officer. They're trained in winning at belligerence. Don't be their
next "incident."
III. Never allow anyone inside your home or your car without a search
warrant. Always demand to
see the warrant. Have them tape it to your window and ask them for
a few minutes, to read it
over. If you are a law-abiding person and someone is concocting charges
against you, you will
need some time to figure out what is going on.
If you have >>NO<< drugs or guns or aggressive materials in the
house or on the premises [above
ground], you can relax regardless what they do to your home or your
possessions. It's just
stuff. They will notice if you don't show any anxiety over it, and
it will make them want to
leave.
IV. If unwillingly detained, pulled over for no obvious reason, stopped
at a roadblock, held at
the airport or remanded to security [because you spoke too loudly or
got frustrated in the
presence of "professionals"], demand to know if you are under arrest
and under
what--specific--charge.
IV. If under arrest--no matter how you were treated--answer all questions
with only these few
words: "I have nothing to say" and "May I please call for an attorney
now?"
V. No matter what they say, respond with, "I do not want to talk to
you without a lawyer."
However, never trust a lawyer if he advises you to break any of these
basic legal self-defense
principles or demands money up front. [This means you make many many
calls before you find an
honest lawyer. Accept it.]
V. Don't lie, not even to say something like, "I don't know." Making
false statements--of any
kind--can open you up to charges of obstructing justice. So say nothing
but those first Five
Words to them: I have nothing to say.
VI. If they press you, tell them that you will answer any and all questions
in court, and leave
it at that. Speak no further.
VII. When being detained and questioned by law enforcement you believe

the urge to tell your

Most people want the authorities to think they are innocent, whether

try to convince the authorities that they are by talking. The authorities
can think what they
want, but they cannot put you in prison or jail without evidence. They
get most of their
evidence against you and others by talk. So don't talk.
Instead of talking, keep your mind silent so they cannot infer that
you are anxious or hiding
anything or trying to trick them. Act like a stone. Be very still,
like a doe caught in the
headlights.
VIII. Never plead guilty and never waive any of your legal rights.
IX. Never make any deals.
X. Never betray what others do. That is hearsay gossip. Whether you
know anything or not, why
assist those who use the law to scapegoat the innocent and protect
those guilty of railroading
people, abusing them physically and plundering their lives?
It is tempting to try and find out what they are after, but it's better
not to fall into the
trap of talking. They are experts at extracting information and interviewing
techniques. If
they are after you, they will serve you with papers when they have
evidence. Why help them
build a case against you?
Never say anything but, "I do not want to talk to you without a lawyer."
And smile when you say
it, as a dog "smiles" when he growls.
XI. Remember, nothing great is won without great sacrifices. Ridicule
and embarrassment are
inevitable obstacles on our path to victory over lawlessness. We must
overcome bad laws and
vicious strategies through focused action, prayer and fasting.
If you go to your door one day and are greeted with these words, "GOOD
MORNING! My name is
Investigator Friendly. Do you mind answering a few simple questions?"
STOP AND THINK! Smile and say, "I have nothing to say or hide. I'm advised
to not to speak to
you without a lawyer. If this is important, I will call and make an
appointment to talk when my
lawyer can be there also." Then close the door.
Whether it is the local Police or the F.B.I. at your door, you have
certain legal rights of
which you ought to be aware before you proceed any further.
In the first place, when the law enforcement authorities come to see

harmless bits of
information which you volunteer may later become vital links in a chain
of circumstantial
evidence against you or a friend. They have every reason to want to
extend their contacts, to
increase their influence. So, don't be useful to them.
DO NOT INVITE THE INVESTIGATOR INTO YOUR HOME!
Such an invitation not only gives him the opportunity to look around
for clues to your
lifestyle, friends, reading material, etc.; but also tends to prolong
the conversation. And the

of problems [if you keep
weapons around].
Having two large and well-trained voice-trained dogs with the family
at all times will keep
most intruders a safe distance. Standing with you at all times on your
property [not tied],
they remind outsiders that they are outsiders, even when they wag their
tails and act pleased
to have company. I realize, this is not possible everywhere.
A Police Officer may ask you to accompany him to the Police Station
to answer a few questions.
Often, the authorities simply want to photograph a person for identification

Police are smart
individuals; they're good at what they do, and the only thing you will

Remember, Law Enforcement [including hospital security, who also add
records to your life-long
Federal history] write us up for active dissent against LAWS THAT PERMIT
HARM--abortion;
hospital practices [blood transfusions, dietary protests, unnecessary
surgeries and bad Rxs].
These are referred to Hospital Security. Hospital stone-walling is
legal: ERs do not treat
panic, anxiety or any presenting symptom of adrenal disease--ever.
They refer these cases to
Security also. A person having a panic attack, insulin reaction or
heart arhythmmia can be
jailed for misbehavior, and often are.
Public school security--drugging with Ritalin, prosecuting over cough-drops
so testing can be
prosecuted over instructing--involves parents in disciplinary actions
that also become part of
a student's permanent UScitizen record. This too is a form of legal
blackmail.
Public health practices--the person who protests chlorinated and fluoridated
water is seen as a
QUACK and a danger to the community, despite all the evidence of brain
damage those two
chemicals actually do. [Filter or buy clean water.]
Flaunting life and deceiving young women into killing their unborn baby
rather than finding a
pair of sterile loving parents is the role that school counsellors,
social workers and
psychiatric professionals pursue. These are not OUR friends, they are
the protectors of PROFANE
ATHEIST CYNICAL LAW--the druggers and the snipers. They are cruel to
ordinary people, and work
by tricks, not by Truth.
Remember, talk is cheap! But when it involves security, law enforcement,
health or school
authorities, it may cost you, or someone close to you, dearly.
Unless you have prepared a presentation to initiate the resolution of
a problem common to many
people and have made an appointment to come tell your side of that
story--JUST REMEMBER the 5
words -- "I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY." and "I don't want to talk with you
without my lawyer." It has
worked for us many, MANY times. And it will work for you!
Don't talk. Ask for a lawyer.
